It is with profound sadness and sorrow, the family of Olga Marie (Gentile) Hibner, announce her passing, surrounded by her family, Wednesday, September 7, 2022. Olga Marie (Gentile) Hibner, of Russellton, passed away at the age of 94.  Born on August 4, 1928 in Russellton, were she has lived all her life. Olga was married to George Hibner, November 24, 1951, for 49 1/2 years, until his death, April 5, 2001. She was blessed with her greatest accomplishments, her pride and joys in life, Gary (Rita) Hibner, Mona (Chuck) Luisi, Jeff (Joey) Hibner and Kris (Larry) Rommes. She has always been a caregiver, taking care of her parents, children, her husband, and her sister.

Later in life she was blessed again with 17 grandchildren, Kristopher (Caroline) Luisi, Nikki (Tim) Burk, Toni (Ryan) Urik, Gary (Maria) Hibner, Melissa (Keith) Matt, Jessica (Carl) Gazzo, Larry (Rebekah) Rommes, Amy (Sean) McIntyre, Jeff (Stephanie) Rommes, Holly (Shawn) Schaltenbrand, Marc (Kayla) Luisi, Chase Luisi(her guardian angel), Erica Hibner (Timmy Lager), Melanie Sipko, Megan (Mike) Stritzinger, Megan Hibner (Tyler Henefeld), and Eva Sipko. She loved her grandchildren with all her heart. You could always find her and her husband at all the grandchildren's sporting events. Hence, she became everyone's grandma!

Just when she thought her life was complete, along came 35 great grandchildren, Derek Burk, Larry Rommes IV, Madeline and Paige Luisi, Natalia Urik, Bella Burk, Mea Rommes, Hannah Luisi, Aubriana Urik, Stella Matt, Bria McIntyre, Giuliana Urik, Hunter Luisi, Logan Rommes, Ciara McIntyre, Tess Schaltenbrand, Amelia Urik, Piper Matt, Kensley Lager, Sofia Hibner, Christopher Gazzo, Maci McIntyre, Hudson Luisi, Olivia Rommes, Scarlett Schaltenbrand,  Stella Gazzo,  Brinlee Lager, Colton Rommes, Jackson Luisi, Rocco Hibner, TJ Lager, Cole Schaltenbrand, Carson Stritzinger, Leighton Lager and Brooklyn Rommes

She loved them so much and they loved her. They were always running and dropping down in front of her for oodles of picture memories. We will miss all the holidays she has always made special! Great Grandma was known for her huggies, lollipops, $1 bills, kisses, and I love yous. You have no idea how much she will be missed!

She is also survived by her brother, Sam (Ruth) Gentile, children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Preceding her in death were her parents, Loretto and Christina Gentile; husband, George Hibner; sisters, Philomena Grovanz, Reatta Mull, Della LaBrozzi, Mary Micklow, and Emma LaBrozzi; brother-William (Bloc) Gentile.

We want to thank the Community Life Association, especially Diana Bohme for the love and care they have given her over the years. You have no idea how much we appreciate it.

Friends and relatives are invited to attend visitation 2 to 8 pm, Friday, September 9, 2022, at Adam Siemianowski Funeral Home, Russsellton, 15076. A Christian Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:00 am, Saturday, at Our Lady of the Lakes, Transfiguration Roman Campus, Russellton, Pa. She will be laid to rest next to her husband, George, at Deer Creek Cemetery, Harmar Township. Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, and because our parents' lives revolved around sporting events, we are asking for donations to Deer Lakes Community Foundation, c/o Deer Lakes High School, 163 East Union Rd, Cheswick, PA 15024, to be divided equally among all sports.
