Anna Nellie (Hwostow) Polosky, 89, of Russellton, West Deer Township, passed away December 14, 2017, at Good Samaritan Hospice, Cabot. She was born October 25, 1928 in Russellton, where she has lived all he life, to the late Anthony and Anna (Federinka) Hwostow. Nellie worked for the West Deer Verity store in Russellton for 29 years. She was a member of East Union Presbyterian Church, West Deer Township. Nellie is survived by her siblings, Fred (Marie) Hwostow of West Deer Township and Polly Klebine of Rural Ridge; many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Mike Polosky; siblings, Barbara Gromicko, Linda Brudney, Anthony Hwostow, and David Hwostow; brother in-law Robert Klebine. At her request a family services was held at Adam Siemianowski Funeral Home, Starr Road Russellton. Nellie was laid to rest next to her husband at Deer Creek Cemetery, Harmar Township.
