Mildred Meadows, Feil, Matechen, 98 of Curtisville, went to be with her Lord, March 2nd, 2022. Born November 13, 1923 in Green County Mississippi, she was the daughter of the late, W.C. and Lettie (McLain) Meadows. Mildred has lived in Curtisville for over 65 years.  Mildred retired January 8 ^th , 1987, from Harmarville Rehab Center, as Food Service Director. She enjoyed cooking, baking and canning for all of her friends and family. She is survived by her son, Robert David Feil; step daughter, Sylvia (Robert) Mutmansky; brother, James Meadows; sister in law, Magdeline (John) Hughes; 18 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, 10 great great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Sam Matechen; brothers, W.E Meadows and Edward Lee Meadows; sisters, Edith Smith and Verna Van Deulen. Mildred was a member of Allegheny Valley Church of God, New Kensington PA. The most important things in her life was her church and family. Friends and relatives are invited to attend visitation from 2 to 6pm, Sunday, March 6, 2022, at Adam Siemianowski Funeral Home, 179 Starr Road, Russellton, West Deer Township. A funeral service will be conducted 11 am, Monday, at the funeral, with her Pastor, Carmen Butler, officiant. She will be laid to rest at Greenwood Memorial Park, Lower Burrell.
