Margaret Colnar, 89, of West Deer Twp. passed away, Tuesday, March 18, 2014, at her residence. She was born June 28, 1924 in Wheeling, West Virginia, to the late Frank and Matilda Golojuh. Mrs. Colnar worked for the US Postal Service, Tarentum, retiring in 1985. She was a faithful member of Transfiguration Roman Catholic Church, Russellton, and enjoyed cooking. She is survived by her husband of 73 years, John Anthony Colnar; her sons John A. Colnar of Colorado and James D. Colnar of West Deer Twp.; brother Robert Golojuh of West Deer Twp. She is preceded in death by her parents and siblings George Golojuh and Mary Jane Horcicak. The family invites friends and relatives to a Mass of Christian Burial 12 Noon, Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at Transfiguration Roman Catholic Church, Russellton, with Rev. Gerald Lutz officiating. Mrs. Colnar will be laid to rest at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Cemetery, Frazer Twp.
