Marco Ellena Jr., 88, of Indiana Township, passed away peacefully at his residence, Saturday, June 27, 2020. Marco was born on December 21, 1931, in Bairdford, son of the late Marco and Mary Jane (Piccot) Ellena Sr. Marco lived in the area all of his life and was a self employed mason. He was the owner and operator of Ellena Masonry for over 60 years, still laying block to the age of 86 years old. Marco was a veteran of the Korean War serving in the United States Army. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, who had a deep love for God and the Bible. Marco enjoyed watching all types of sports on television. He is survived by his daughters, Karen (Randy) Bandi, of Kane, Amy Kralik, of Indiana Township, and Julie Willard, of Indiana Township; 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; siblings, John (Louise) Ellena, Armando (Shirley) Ellena, Mary Ann (Arturo) Stirparo, and Cathy Sciolla. He is preceded in death by his parents and beloved wife, Rosemary Ellena, who passed in 2017; brother Donald Ellena. At the families request the services will be private.
