Linda D.
Roscoe
May 29, 1953 — Jul 27, 2026
Linda Roscoe, 73, of Valencia, passed away peacefully in the presence of family on Monday, July 27, 2026. Born on May 29, 1953, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Theodore Gall Jr. and Violet "Vicky" Gall Gallagher.
Linda was an intelligent and caring woman who appreciated the finer things in life. She enjoyed watching movies, documentaries, and the Travel Channel, loved to cook, and never missed the opportunity to browse QVC or Amazon for something special. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family and friends after returning to Western Pennsylvania in retirement. She was a 1971 graduate of Deer Lakes High School. She later attended the University of Pittsburgh. Linda dedicated much of her career to Tyco Flow Control, where she worked as a Sales and Distribution Specialist until her retirement in 2013. Never one to slow down, she continued working and most recently served as an Accounts Receivable Analyst with Cash Flow Enhancement Group in Allison Park. After many years living in the Philadelphia area, Linda returned to Western Pennsylvania to be closer to those she loved.
She is survived by her siblings, Theodore Gall III, Kathryn Snow (Rege Knapp), and Mark Gall; her nephews, Donald (Emily) Snow Jr., Michael (Kelley) Snow, Theodore (Jessica) Gall IV, and Joey Gall; her niece, Becky Gall; and eight beloved great-nieces and great-nephews, Aryn Miller, Bailey Gall, Cooper Snow, Theodore Gall V, Molly Snow, Tucker Gall, Ryeder Snow, and Ryley Snow. In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Roscoe; her brother, Timothy Gall; her niece, Ami Gall; her stepfather, Bill Gallagher; and her beloved canine companion, Max.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date for family and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Linda's memory to the Good Samaritan Hospice House, 146 Neely School Rd., Wexford, PA 15090. Arrangements have been entrusted to Adam Siemianowski Funeral Home, 179 Starr Road, Russellton. For online condolences, please visit, www.westdeerfuneralhome.com.
