Joann (Haloostock) Watts, 87, of West Deer Township, passed away at her residence, December 17, 2025.  She was born on November 11, 1938 in West Deer Township, daughter of the late, John and Ann E. (Rosselle) Haloostock, and has lived in Bairdford all of her life.  She was a 1956 graduate of West Deer High School and a member of St. Michael Orthodox Church, Curtisville.  Joann married the late Ronald J. Watts, September 25, 1965, and became a homemaker raising their two children, Carol Frantz of, Cheswick and Ronald M. Watts of, West Deer Township.  She was the beloved grandmother of Taylor E. Frantz.  Joann enjoyed shopping, going to craft shows, and having home interior / Tupperware parties with her friends.  She was laid to rest alongside her husband, Ronald, in Deer Creek Cemetery, Harmar Township.  All services were private in the comfort and care of Adam Siemianowski Funeral Home, 179 Starr Road, Russellton, 15076.  For online condolences, please visit, www.westdeerfuneralhome.com
