Elizabeth A. " Betsy" Kramer, 71, of East Deer Township, passed away unexpectedly, Thursday, January 21, 2021. She was born on July 14, 1949, in West Deer Township, the daughter of the late Edward and Gertrude (Wagner) Newcamp. Betsy was a graduate of West Deer High School and was a administrative assistance for Janey Financial Advisors, Pittsburgh. She retired in 2017 after 30 years of service. Betsy enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and family, reading books and working in her yard. She is survived by her children, Ronald (Kimberly) Kramer, of Natrona Heights and Meagan (James) Clark, of Swissvale; grandchildren, Shane and Shawn Kramer and Elizabeth and Abigail Clark; brothers, Edward (Mary) Newcamp, of Sewickley and Donald (Joyce) Newcamp, of Irwin; several nieces and nephews. Friends and relatives are invited to attend visitation from 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 8 pm, Sunday, January 24, 2021, at Adam Siemianowski Funeral Home, 179 Starr Road, Russellton, West Deer Township.
