Dorothy Ann Bodnar, 87, of West Deer Township, passed away peacefully, March 3, 2025, at her daughter's residence in Maryland, with Mary Ann and Joanne faithfully by her side.  Dorothy was born on July 26, 1937, in Cheswick, daughter of the late Fred and Anna (Semenick) Mohar.  She was a graduate of West Deer High School and Temple University, School of Nursing. Dorothy had a long career as a Registered Nurse for Blawnox Equipment, Harmarville Rehabilitation and Allegheny Valley Hospital.   She enjoyed bingo, reading, crafts and bowling. She was an avid Pittsburgh  Steeler and Penguins fan.   Dorothy loved to travel with her daughters to Las Vegas and Atlantic City.  Dorothy is survived by her beloved daughters, Mary Ann Bodnar of, Germantown, MD and Joanne Bodnar of, Gaithersburg, MD; nieces, Kimberly (Donald) Minick and Melissa Mohar; great niece, Madison (Jon) Minick-Eibel.  She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, John Bodnar and brother, Fred Mohar.  Friends will be received from 3 to 7pm, Sunday, March 9, 2025, at Adam Siemianowski Funeral Home, 179 Starr Road, Russellton, Pa 15076.  Funeral Blessing Services will be conducted at 11 am, Monday, in the funeral home with Rev.
