Dennis E. Drum Jr., 17, of Frazer Township, passed away unexpectedly, Sunday, June 17, 2018. Dennis now rests peacefully with his father. Dennis was born December 28, 2000, in Jacksonville, NC, to the late Dennis E. Drum Sr.. Dennis Jr. was a senior at Deer Lakes High School, West Deer Township, and a member of the Deer Lakes Lancer Varsity Football Team. Dennis loved playing football, hanging with friends and family, dirt bike riding, video gaming, and his truck. He attended A.W. Beattie Career Center where he was inspired to be a carpenter. He is survived by his grandparents, Carl D. and Esther L. (Menhart) with whom he lived; sister, Shannon C. Drum, of Frazer Township; uncles, Daniel (Beth) Drum, of West Deer Township, Jason (Christina) Drum, of Glenshaw, and Corey (Stephanie) Menhart of Spokane, WA; aunt, Holly (Roy) Schrag , of Tarentum; cousins, Olivia, Dean, Abby, Luke, Jude, and Malaya; best friend, Vince Donatelli; girlfriend, Abby Buechel; maternal grandmother, Pamela Abernathy and many extended relatives. Friends and relatives are invited to attend visitation from 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 8 pm, Friday, June 22, 2018 at Adam Siemianowski Funeral Home, 179 Starr Road, Russellton, West Deer Township, 15076. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home 10 am, Saturday, with his Pastor, Tim Spencer, of Allison Park Church, Deer Lakes Campus. Dennis will be laid to rest next to his father, Dennis Sr., at Lakewood Memorial Park, Indiana Township.
