Catherine "Cathy" Simonoff,81, of Rural Ridge, Indiana Township, passed away, Sunday, March 9, 2025, at her residence.  Cathy was born on November 25, 1943 in New Kensington, daughter of the late Mike and Mary (Petrosky) Simonoff.  She was a graduate of East Deer High School in 1961.  Cathy had a 34 year long career as a administrative assistant for the United States Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune.  She enjoyed making crafts and sewing.  Cathy is survived by her siblings, Michael (Liz) Simonoff of, Puerto Rico, Joann Renwick of, Rural Ridge and Jean (John Smith) Simonoff of, Rural Ridge; nieces and nephews, Michelle (Jack) Jacob, Deborah Renwick, Melvin E. Renwick Jr, Craig (Lizette) Makrucki, Todd Makrucki, Michael (Valorie) Simonoff, Cathy (Louis) Simonoff-Matta and Neysa (Roberto) Simonoff-Citrone; thirteen great nieces and nephews.  She is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Marlene Makrucki; nephew, Tom Renwick.

Services for Cathy were held privately, Thursday, March 13, 2025,  placed in the care and trust of Adam Siemianowski Funeral Home, 179 Starr Road Russellton, 15076.  Cathy was laid to rest at Deer Creek Cemetery, Harmar Township.  For online condolences, please visit, www.westdeerfuneralhome.com
