Carolyn Dowell Hahn, 79, of Saxonburg, passed away, Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at Embassy of Saxonburg.  She was born in Prince Frederick, Maryland, June 22, 1946, daughter of the late Daniel and Dolores Dowell.  Carolyn was a 1964 graduate of Knoch High School.  Carolyn worked for the United States Treasury Department and was a cook for many personal care homes in the area.  She enjoyed crocheting, doing word search puzzles, and watching television.  She especially enjoyed her breakfast at Kelly's in Saxonburg.  Carolyn was a kindhearted and caring person.  She is survived by her brothers, Ronald (Sharyn) Dowell of, Knot Island, North Carolina, Daniel (Marilyn) Dowell of, Saxonburg and Michael (Ginger) Dowell of, Butler, along with many nieces and nephews.  She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Earl Hahn; son, Darron; sisters, Patsy Dowell Paris and Vannetta Dowell.  Servies will be private with interment at Butler Memorial Park.  Arrangements were placed in the compassionate care of Adam Siemianowski Funeral Home, 179 Starr Road, Russellton.  For online condolences, please visit, www.westdeerfuneralhome.com
