Carol Ann Lewis, 76, of Russellton, West Deer Township, Pennsylvania fell asleep in death on Tuesday, December 15, 2020, at Shadyside Hospital from complications associated with the COVID virus. Carol was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to Andrew and Julia Lewis. They preceded her in death along with a half-brother, James Douglas Lewis. Carol is survived by her brother Andrew Marshall Lewis and wife Roberta of Lebanon, Ohio; brother George Edward Lewis

and wife Cathy of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; and sister Marcella (Marcie) Shuster and husband Allen of Wallkill, New York. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Carol worked for many years as a receptionist/secretary for a number of medical professionals. Her last part-time employment was with Dr. Kumir Patel in Tarentum, Pennsylvania. In 1962 Carol was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses and was an active member of the New Kensington, Pennsylvania Congregation. A memorial service via ZOOM conference will take place on January 2, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. (EST).
