Angeleah
Fultz
Sep 6, 1990 — Oct 2, 2025
Angeleah Louise Fultz, 35, of Cheswick, passed away on October 2, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family. She was born on September 6, 1990, to Tammy Hazlett and Scott Fultz. Angeleah's greatest joy in life was being a loving and devoted mother to her two children, Laila and Jameson. She cherished every moment with them and was active in their lives, always finding ways to make their days brighter and full of love. She was also a passionate dog mom to her beloved pups, Liv and Hazel, and over the years her home was often more like a small farm, filled with chickens, goats, ducks, and countless animals that she adored and cared for.
Angeleah was the daughter and best friend of her mother, Tammy, who remained by her side through every step of her life journey. She is also survived by her father, Scott, her sister Kayla, and many extended family members, friends who were blessed to know her.
Known for her selflessness and generous heart, Angeleah would do anything for anyone without hesitation. She was a devoted friend, always the first to lend a hand or offer comfort. Her love for people and animals alike shone through in everything she did, leaving an impact that will be forever felt by those who knew her.
Angeleah's vibrant spirit, her laughter, and her unwavering love will live on through her children, her family, and the many lives she touched.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Angeleah's life 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 8 pm, Monday, October 6, 2025 at Adam Siemianowski Funeral Home, 179 Starr Road, Russellton, 15076. Funeral services will be celebrated 11 am, Tuesday in the funeral home. Angeleah will be laid to rest at Lakewood Memorial Gardens, Indiana Township.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to West Deer Township Dog Shelter in honor of Angeleah's love for animals.
She will be deeply missed, but her legacy of kindness, love, and generosity will never be forgotten.
